Leap2Digital is a business services company on a mission to help organizations evolve their customer service into warm, human, and engaging digital conversations. With a deep understanding of how expectations around online support are shifting, they specialize in crafting thoughtful, personalized strategies across digital platforms—from live chat and social media to SMS, email, and community forums. Their goal is to debunk the myth that great customer service only happens over the phone and instead empower organizations to create meaningful, people-first interactions in the digital space.

I was brought on to develop Leap2Digital’s brand identity, with a focus on capturing their values of innovation, trust, connection, and upward momentum. The logo centers around a sleek and modern “L2D” monogram—seamlessly integrating the brand initials in a way that represents progress and transformation. Inspired by the idea of taking a “leap” into a new digital future, the identity reflects not only the journey Leap2Digital helps clients embark on, but also the sense of partnership and aspiration at the heart of their work.

The vibrant gradient blues convey clarity, technology, and trust, while the clean, rounded shapes reflect approachability and digital fluidity. Every element was designed to feel modern, human, and in motion—much like the dynamic conversations they aim to create for their clients. The final result is a versatile and memorable brand identity that stands confidently across digital platforms, ready to scale with Leap2Digital as they continue to grow and reshape the future of customer service.
