With a deep understanding of how expectations around online support are shifting, they specialize in crafting thoughtful, personalized strategies across digital platforms—from live chat and social media to SMS, email, and community forums. Their goal is to debunk the myth that great customer service only happens over the phone and instead empower organizations to create meaningful, people-first interactions in the digital space. I was brought on to develop Leap2Digital’s brand identity, with a focus on capturing their values of innovation, trust, connection, and upward momentum. The logo centers around a sleek and modern “L2D” monogram—seamlessly integrating the brand initials in a way that represents progress and transformation. Inspired by the idea of taking a “leap” into a new digital future, the identity reflects not only the journey Leap2Digital helps clients embark on, but also the sense of partnership and aspiration at the heart of their work. The vibrant gradient blues convey clarity, technology, and trust, while the clean, rounded shapes reflect approachability and digital fluidity. Every element was designed to feel modern, human, and in motion—much like the dynamic conversations they aim to create for their clients. The final result is a versatile and memorable brand identity that stands confidently across digital platforms, ready to scale with Leap2Digital as they continue to grow and reshape the future of customer service. Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop&nbsp; Kork is a fresh, modern wine brand designed with one core goal in mind: to make wine selection easy, intuitive, and visually engaging—especially for the everyday shopper. With today’s culture so deeply influenced by reviews and external opinions, choosing a wine can feel overwhelming, particularly for those new to the space. Kork eliminates this overthinking by delivering a brand identity that feels right at first glance. The concept for Kork was sparked by the challenges within the wine retail category. We live in a time where we’re constantly told what to think before we’ve experienced something for ourselves. Wine is no exception. I wanted to create a brand that feels neutral, confident, and uncomplicated—an identity that empowers consumers to make their own choices and feel good about them. This is especially important for the younger demographic (ages 19–30), a group curious about exploring new blends but often unsure of where to start. This audience is also highly visual and social media-savvy, so the design had to reflect that balance of clarity and personality. The name “Kork” is a playful twist on the word cork—simple, short, and easy to say. It perfectly embodies the brand's essence: approachable, sociable, and fun. The mirrored “K” adds a subtle visual quirk that echoes the youthful, bubbly personality of the brand, making it feel as dynamic as the people it’s meant to connect with.&nbsp; The brand identity and packaging system were designed to be bold, but approachable. Each wine label shape is unique and corresponds to the specific blend inside—drawing inspiration from the various shapes and sizes of wine glasses designed for different types of wine. This not only adds a layer of educational value for the consumer but also creates visual variation across SKUs while keeping the brand cohesive. Kork was created with shelf impact and social media appeal in mind. The minimalist design, lack of clutter, and distinctive label shapes make it stand out among the hundreds of other bottles in a retail environment. The design captures attention from afar and invites consumers in with a modern and confident presence. It’s a brand that feels effortless, photogenic, and genuinely designed for today’s wine drinkers. The result is a visual identity that celebrates curiosity, encourages exploration, and makes wine feel a little less intimidating—and a lot more fun. Illustrator&nbsp;Adobe Indesign Forgotten Tattoo is a conceptual, typography-focused zine that explores the weight of human regret—those deep, personal moments often kept hidden beneath the surface. In contrast to mainstream publishing, this zine embraces the raw, unfiltered voice of niche communities, offering readers a sense of inclusion and belonging through shared vulnerability. At the heart of this project is Trick, a custom typeface inspired by the visual illusions of the Op Art movement. Designed exclusively for the zine, Trick distorts perception with bold, graphic patterns that echo the emotional complexity of the stories within. Based on the typeface Padaloma, Trick was reimagined with custom textures and optical patterns to reflect the tension between memory and distortion—just like the way regret can shift and warp over time. Forgotten Tattoo is not just a zine—it’s a visual experiment in how typography can capture emotion, disorientation, and the lasting imprint of things we wish we could change.
